Shipping Options
We offer free shipping to GLS parcel shops in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands) for all orders above DKK 499. Otherwise, you can choose from the following options:
GLS Parcel Shop – DKK 40
GLS Home Delivery – DKK 61
Pick-up in store (Refshalevej 141, 1432 Copenhagen K) – Free
We ship orders every Wednesday. Orders placed before 8:00 on a shipping day will be sent the same day, unless otherwise noted.
It is your responsibility to collect your package within the specified timeframe. If the package is not picked up within 10–14 days, it will automatically be returned to us. In that case, you must cover the direct return shipping costs. If you want the package sent again, you will need to cover the new shipping fee.
When collecting your package, please ensure the packaging is intact. If in doubt, you may open the package upon pickup to inspect for any damage. If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with a photo. If you discover damage at home, take a picture of the item in its packaging and email us.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you’ve ordered multiple items delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received.
To withdraw, send an email to life@labanchina.dk or use the cancellation form available at the bottom of our Terms & Conditions.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing the package without notifying us.
Partial Returns
You may return one or more items from a single order.
Note: shipping fees will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned.
Returns
Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for return shipping and for the condition of the item during transit.

We only accept parcels sent directly to our address with GLS business delivery.
You can also drop off the item in person during store opening hours.
No Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from purchases of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you may receive only a partial refund. The refund will be based on the item’s resale value.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging. Lack of original packaging may lead to a decrease in value.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund your payment. If the item is devalued, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (not additional fees for upgraded delivery methods), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return.
