Payment
La Banchina accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard, and MobilePay.
Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will remain reserved on your card or account until:
We capture the payment upon shipment, or
The funds are released according to your card issuer’s policies.

We do not charge card fees.
For all payments, funds are only deducted from your account when the order is shipped. If you are a VAT-registered business and wish to pay via invoice and have not shopped with us before, please contact us at life@labanchina.dk to arrange an agreement.
Security
When you complete an online payment using a credit or debit card, you are always protected against misuse. La Banchina encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that unauthorized parties (including labanchina.dk) cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.
If you are concerned about online shopping, rest assured that you are always protected when purchasing from La Banchina. You have the option to reject the charge upon receiving your bank statement if the transaction is unknown to you.
Delivery
You automatically receive free shipping to parcel shops in Denmark for orders over DKK 499. Otherwise, you may choose from the following options:

La Banchina will fulfill your order according to the delivery option you selected. Note: in certain cases, delivery companies may reroute to an alternate parcel shop due to space limitations.
La Banchina ships based on standard next-day delivery. Orders are dispatched every Wednesday.
It is your responsibility to collect your package from the chosen carrier within the stated timeframe. If your package is returned due to non-collection, you will be charged the return fee imposed by the carrier. If you want the package re-sent, you must pay for shipping again.
Important: Always inspect your package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, open it at the pickup location and check the contents. If the item is damaged, refuse the package and contact us immediately. Take photos showing the damage inside the packaging. If you discover damage after getting home, please email us photos that clearly show the product in the packaging.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you order multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Notify us at info@labanchina.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of this page.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without notifying us.
Partial Withdrawal
If you ordered multiple items, you may return one or more items, even if purchased as part of a single order.
Note: You will not be refunded shipping costs if you only withdraw from part of your order.
Returns
Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Return shipping is at your own cost, and you bear the risk if the product is damaged in transit.
No Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, functionality, and characteristics, a partial refund may be issued depending on the product’s resale value.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging. Lack of original packaging may reduce the item’s resale value.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item is diminished in value, this amount will be deducted.
We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except extra costs due to selecting a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided documentation for the return.

Right of Complaint
When shopping with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. You have a 24-month right to complain. Contact us before returning an item.
If your complaint is justified, you may receive a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund depending on the specific issue.
You must file the complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue. Complaints made within two months are always considered timely.
If the complaint is accepted, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs. The item must be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)
We collect the following data when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We store and share only the data necessary to fulfill your order.
We may share your data with logistics providers, payment services, and analysis or marketing partners.
We never sell or share data with third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.
All employees who handle personal data are trained to comply with GDPR. Personal data is stored for 5 years and then deleted.
We work only with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection.
